The book also tells the story of Carina and husband Victor’s journey to restore a garden on the outskirts of Edinburgh to grow produce for their family and their restaurants Carina is the grand daughter of immigrants who came from Italy and settled here and the book combines Italian passion for food with the best raw ingredients Scotland has to offer. The book marks Carina’s publishing debut in the same year as she becomes an Ambassador for Scotland Food and Drink 2014.
