Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers are sold subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use: 

Voucher validity and expiration
Vouchers are Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. 

Please note that once expiry date has been reached, the gift voucher cannot be extended.

Voucher delivery
All vouchers will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Postage without charge.

Vouchers bought before 5pm Monday - Friday, should normally arrive the next two working days (for UK Mainland orders) but this may vary. Should you not be in receipt of your order within 5 working days, please contact the restaurant directly. Vouchers collected in person will be rewarded with a complimentary glass of Prosecco.

Requirements for using the voucher
  1. Gift vouchers may only be redeemed once and may not be exchanged for cash value or refunded in any way.
  2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  3. The gift voucher features a unique reference code. When making your reservation it will be necessary to verify this code. 
  4. Lost gift Vouchers will not be reimbursed or replaced without proof of sale and unique reference code confirmation.
  5. Vouchers can only be redeemed at Centotre or The Scottish Cafe & Restaurant
  6. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. No photocopies will be accepted.
  7. When using this gift voucher, you must call and make a reservation quoting the voucher number. On arrival, please present the gift voucher for validation. We reserve the right to refuse payment by gift voucher if a reservation has not been made or the voucher is not presented.
A full refund will be given if you cancel your order within the seven day cooling off period from date of purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

All vouchers will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Postage without charge.
