Glengoyne Whisky Supper
An fantastic opportunity to meet a whisky aficionado and learn about the history of whisky. The evening will include a tutored whisky tasting by our Glengoyne Brand Ambassador with two delicious 25ml Glengoyne nips followed by a sensational two course supper prepared by our award winning team at Cannonball Restaurant.

Oh yes, you’ll be able to hear the closing parade from the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo from our private courtyard – thrown in for free! Additional drinks, cheese and dessert available for purchase on the night.

Findlay’s of Portobello Haggis Cannonball served with Paolozzi beer mustard (vegetarian version available)
Smoked Scottish salmon, served with pickled Scottish garden summer vegetables and a lemon and caper crème fraîche dressing
Highland venison steak served with wild mushroom and peppercorn sauce, accompanied by Scottish seasonal buttered vegetables and roast thyme Carroll’s Heritage potatoes
