Phantassie Jerusalem artichoke veloute with mushroom, thyme and Mull cheddar crumble
Main:
Spinach and Errington’s goats curd crepes with caramelised red onions and onion purée
Dessert:
70% Chocolate pot, blood orange gel and chocolate crumb
